Go Old School at this DC Park

by The 100 Companies

While times have changed, you can still find a piece of nostalgia at Anacostia Park. Located in DC, this national park took shape with the help of Congress and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the early 1900s before becoming part of the National Park Service in 1933.

The park boasts the only roller skating rink in the 424 parks that comprise the National Park Service. Visitors can rent skates to enjoy the facilities. Skate rentals are free with a Government Issued ID.

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, the rink offers the perfect summer activity for all ages.
