Equal Opportunity to Lead

We provide a nonpartisan, approachable starting place and network for women – like those at the Summit – who are considering running for office and those who support them.

Our mission is to expand the pool so women of all political leanings, ethnicities and backgrounds have an equal opportunity to lead. Women are underrepresented at all levels in 500,000+ elected offices across the U.S. She Should Run is committed to getting at least 250,000 women to run by 2030.

When more women run, more women leaders step up. When more women lead, more voices are heard and challenges met.
