The Women in Public Service Project

by

When women sit at key decision-making tables, the world benefits. That’s why the Wilson Center’s Women in Public Service Project works toward the “50 by 50” goal: by the year 2050, 50% of policy and political leaders around the world are women.

As a Women Rule educational partner, we seek to equip the tools to achieve gender parity. The Summit provides an opportunity to engage stakeholders directly as we build out a much-needed evidence base with the Leadership Index, which looks at where women are in leadership positions, how they got there, and how much power they hold.
