Working Together to Find Solutions

Young women often tell me that they wish women had the equivalent of an “old boys network” to support them on their paths to leadership. I always tell them we’re working on it!

One of the best examples is Women Rule. Nothing is more energizing than being in the room with powerful women of all ages who are coming together not just to complain about what’s wrong, but to work together to find solutions.
