National Veteran’s Day Ceremony is an unforgettable experience

With ceremonies throughout the city, this event honors the men and women who served the country in the armed forces over the last century.

The National Veterans Day Ceremony highlights veterans and their brave service in WWII, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War and the war on terrorism. There will be veteran speakers as well as performances of songs that honor America.

The Parade of Heroes and wreath laying ceremony honor veterans at sites in the city such as the Lincoln Memorial, the WWII Memorial, the Korean Memorial, the Vietnam War Memorial and the Iwo Jima Memorial.
