DC’s favorite springtime festival started last week and bartenders are taking advantage of the hype with Cherry Blossom-themed cocktails. Don’t miss out on these special edition drinks before the festival ends on April 14:

• Sakura Spritz at Bourbon Steak: raw honey syrup, Lindera Farm’s cherry blossom vinegar, yuzu, Roku gin, topped with Fever Tree soda

• The Empress at the Fairmont: white balsamic cherry reduction, Tito’s vodka, aperol, fresh lemon, prosecco and Luxardo cherry garnish

• Sherry Colada at Estadio: Oloroso Sherry, coconut, pineapple, spices and lime
