by The 100 Companies

Now that approval from Loudon County has been given, plans are officially underway for the new Silver District West development.

Soave Enterprises has ambitious plans for the new 158-acre mixed-use community between the Silver Line’s Ashburn and Loudoun Gateway Metro stops. The development will include over 380 townhomes, more than 3,300 apartments and condominiums over the next 20 years, and office and commercial space.

In exchange, the developer has proffered space for an elementary school and 23-acre public park, and will build a large portion of the Shellhorn Road Extension to Route 28 at Sterling Boulevard.
