First retail space filled at Highline Union Market

by The 100 Companies

Orangetheory Fitness just became the first to sign a retail space at the new 12-story Highline Union Market apartment building. The Florida-based company, known for its high-intensity, interval training workouts, will occupy 3,300 square feet on the ground floor.

Developed by Level 2 Development, Highline Union Market is easily recognizable, with a unique architectural design of framed glass cubes woven together at varying depths.

Highline will welcome its first residents sometime the spring. Perks of the apartment complex include a rooftop pool, community herb garden, coworking space and close proximity to the NoMa/Galludet Metro station.
