Criminal justice reform is long overdue to protect all Americans and ensure that our criminal justice system is fair.

Americans from both political parties – Republicans and Democrats – support reforming the criminal justice system. There’s also widespread support on the issue with many organizations coming together to advocate for reform. During the midterms, many states passed measures supporting reforms. On the federal level, the bipartisan First Step Act is pending in Congress and is backed by the President.

In this week’s edition, we’ll discuss these topics in depth and explore what more can be done to reform our criminal justice system.
