Automated texting systems are nothing new, especially when it comes to political campaigns, but what’s missing is the presence of real human interaction, which enables two-way communication and open-ended responses.
DC-based startup RumbleUp has filled this void by creating a human intervention texting system, which sends every message one by one.
The startup hopes to expand beyond the saturated market of politics and break into markets including healthcare, real estate, higher education and customer service. Currently, the nine-employee company is raising capital to grow its sales and marketing team and develop its version 2.0 product.
