Equal access to the ballot

by

Midterm elections are coming up and it is vital we make sure all voices can be heard at the polls.

Now is a momentous time in our fight for equal access to the ballot, with the Supreme Court currently weighing in on several voting rights cases: Gill v. Whitford and Husted v. APRI.

We cannot stand for political schemes that keep people from exercising their right to vote. Our democracy is strongest when every eligible citizen can cast their vote and have it counted. We must continue to fight unlawful voter restrictions and encourage active participation in our great democracy.
