Washington Women in Journalism: Honoring Their Achievements

This week, Washingtonian, along with Story Partners, is proud to host the fourth annual Washington Women in Journalism Awards, during which we will be thrilled to present the following award winners:

• Longtime political commentator Cokie Roberts is the Distinguished Female Journalist of the Year.

• CNN contributor Mary Katharine Ham is the recipient of our Rising Star award.

• NPR News national security correspondent Mary Louise Kelly is our honoree for broadcasting.

• And New Yorker staff writer Jane Mayer in our honoree for print journalism.
