The Global War on Terror Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to establish a memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. for the fallen soldiers and their families to commemorate their service in the War on Terror.
Recently, the foundation has launched a three-phase campaign to accomplish its goal.
