Complex problems require comprehensive solutions

Gun violence is being woven into the fabric of our culture. Without holistic reforms, it’s only going to get worse.

The tides of change have arrived, but that momentum cannot be pigeonholed into a singular objective. We must address this epidemic in a comprehensive fashion.

A solution-focused study by nonpartisan experts is essential to this process. We have to look at immediate strategies that can minimize the loss of life, then address the cultural issues that have created this phenomenon in order to eliminate it for future generations. This evolution is prohibited by those with a narrow, biased focus.
