Together we can stop this epidemic of school shootings

When I co-founded Sandy Hook Promise (SHP), I knew the younger generation would lead the way on changing the landscape around gun reform. Today, we see this with the Parkland students.

SHP trains youth to be “upstanders” in their communities through our no-cost Know the Signs programs, teaching them to spot at-risk behaviors and properly intervene before violence happens.

In addition, we need legislation such as the STOP School Violence Act and ERPOs at the federal/state level. Join us to Make the Promise to keep students safe. Together we can stop this epidemic of school shootings.
