Every day we encourage students to make nutritious choices at school and at home through initiatives like Farm to School, nutrition education, and student taste tests. With little more than $1.50 to spend on the protein, whole grains, milk, fruit and vegetables required for every meal, we have become nimble experts at balancing limited budgets, while meeting complex school nutrition regulations and preparing meals with kid appeal.
