Every morning, America’s farmers and ranchers wake up before sunrise to take care of their cattle. Generations have carried on this rich tradition, raising high-quality beef to feed their families and the world.

During Ag Week, we celebrate these men and women who embody the highest American ideals. Hard work, determination and fierce independence fueled the first cattle drives. Today, modern producers who share these values are helping U.S. beef expand in global markets and supporting rural economies back home.

U.S. beef helped shape our nation and remains a critical part of the prosperity that lies ahead.
